Crustless Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 and 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 2 cups rhubarb sliced in 1/2 inch pieces

Instructions

  • Grease a 10 inch pie pan or a 7x11, 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan

  • Scatter rhubarb in bottom of pan.

  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb.

  • Bake 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes
