Balsamic Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound green beans

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • a few grind of black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  • On a baking sheet, toss green beans with other ingredients..

  • Spread the green beans in an even layer on the baking sheet.

  • Roast until tender and slightly shriveled, 12 to 15 minutes.
